തിരയും തീരവും

തീരമൊരു നാൾ തിരയോടു ചൊല്ലി,
‘അലയുന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നിലലിയാനെ
ന്നാകിലും അരുതിനിയും വരരുതു
നീയെന്നുള്ളം ഉരുകും വഴിയോരമേ’

തിരയലകളാക്ഷണം മറുമൊഴിയേകി,
‘കാണാതെ പോവാനാവില്ലെനിക്ക്
വഴിമാറിപ്പോവുകയെങ്ങന്നെയീ
പോയ ജന്മത്തിൻ മാറ്റൊലികൾ’
