കാറ്റൊന്നാഞ്ഞടിച്ച നേരം

മിഴിയൊന്നു ചിമ്മിയടച്ച നേരം

കണ്ണാഴങ്ങളിലേക്കൊരാൾ

പാഞ്ഞുചെന്നു

കണ്ണു

തിരുമ്മി,

കണ്ണു കലങ്ങീ,

പിന്നെ, കൈയ്യോടെ പൊക്കി

വെളിയിലാക്കി
